We engineered a completely enclosed 316L dosing path with a top-mounted vacuum extraction system. This creates negative pressure, capturing airborne particles before they reach the seal zone.
We replaced central drives with 10 independent servo motors. The PLC continuously monitors dynamic weight feedback, adjusting each lane’s auger revolution to lock in absolute ±0.1g accuracy.
The primary filler was digitally handshaked with an EIXPACK horizontal cartoner. The master PLC absorbs micro-stoppages, ensuring continuous jam-free flow from powder to box.
