Independent Servo-Auger Logic

We replaced central drives with 10 independent servo motors. The PLC continuously monitors dynamic weight feedback, adjusting each lane’s auger revolution to lock in absolute ±0.1g accuracy.

Seamless Downstream Sync

The primary filler was digitally handshaked with an EIXPACK horizontal cartoner. The master PLC absorbs micro-stoppages, ensuring continuous jam-free flow from powder to box.
