This project features a customized liquid food supplement stick pack packaging machine solution supplied by EIXPACK for a New Zealand contract manufacturer packaging Mānuka honey. The product is high-viscosity, easy to drip, easy to string, and prone to product trapping during sealing. EIXPACK provided pharmaceutical gel stick pack packaging machines with a servo ceramic pump, laser coding machine, and standard stick pack forming, sealing, cutting, and discharge functions. The solution was designed to improve output, reduce dripping, prevent leakage and bag bursting, enhance round-corner stick pack appearance, and support export-ready packaging requirements.

eixpack provided Aurora, a sports gel manufacturer in Australia, with pharmaceutical gel stick pack packaging machines designed for high-speed sports gel production. The customer previously used two small vertical liquid packaging machines but faced low output, product trapping, leakage, dripping, bag bursting, and high labor costs. The new solution integrates automatic feeding, servo ceramic pump filling, stick pack forming and sealing, laser coding, cutting, and finished pack output. It was designed to reach up to 400 packs per minute, reduce leakage and product trapping, improve sealing stability, and lower labor dependency.
