The system integrates automatic powder feeding, auger dosing, film alignment, stick pack forming, sealing, date coding, cutting, and finished-pack discharge. The project target was to increase output to as much as 400 packs per minute while improving filling consistency, reducing powder leakage and product trapping, and lowering manual labor requirements. Final performance depends on powder characteristics, fill weight, packaging film, bag size, sealing conditions, and validated production settings.

EIXPACK supplied a customized 6-lane Paracetamol Powder Stick Pack Packaging Machines project for Ibn AI-Haytham Pharma Co. in Syria. The system was designed for dust-prone, moisture-sensitive pharmaceutical powder requiring quantitative dosing and reduced product trapping. The solution integrated automatic feeding, short auger dosing, forming and sealing, date coding, and cutting for rounded-corner easy-tear stick packs. The project targeted up to 240 packs per minute, ±0.5% filling accuracy, and a 99.5% non-trapping qualified rate, helping the customer improve production stability, reduce waste, and support new pharmaceutical powder orders.

EIXPACK supplied a customized Food Supplement Powder Stick Pack Packaging Machines project for Zhongjing Dali Pharmaceutical in Dali, China. The project addressed unstable existing equipment, insufficient capacity for new orders, powder trapping, and inaccurate filling. The solution was designed for dust-prone and moisture-sensitive supplement powder, using an integrated system covering feeding, dosing, forming, sealing, laser coding, cutting, conveying, inspection, and finished product output. The target was to reach up to 400 packs per minute, improve filling accuracy to ±0.5g, reduce trapped powder, and support future production expansion.
