Packaging a different formulation? Tell us about your powder and production requirements so our technical team can evaluate the application.
The right powder packaging system depends on more than lane count.
Your powder characteristics, fill weight, package format, target output, SKU mix and downstream automation all influence the final machine configuration.

Machine specifications only tell part of the story.

From dosing and dust control to film handling, sealing and downstream integration, each system can be configured around your powder characteristics, pack format, target output and production requirements.

Auger and feeding configurations can be selected according to powder flowability, target fill weight and production speed to support more consistent dosing.
The vacuum feeder transfers powder to the dosing hopper and reduces repeated manual loading.
A more consistent hopper level supports continuous operation across all ten lanes.
The transfer system should be evaluated using the actual powder because very fine, sticky or caking formulas may require different filters, transfer timing or hopper controls.

For fine and dusty powders, optional dust-management and anti-static configurations help create a cleaner filling and sealing environment.
Fine powder and rollstock film may develop static electricity during high-speed production.
Static elimination helps reduce powder attraction to film surfaces, forming components and the sealing area.
Sealing conditions can be configured around the packaging film, powder characteristics and operating speed, with cooling options available when additional heat management is required.

Multilane stick packing can be integrated with stick counting, collating and cartoning equipment to reduce manual handling and support a more automated packaging workflow.

Before we finalized the machine configuration, EIXPACK carried out 3 rounds of testing using our actual powder formulation. The technical team adjusted the dosing setup based on the product flow characteristics, 20 g target fill weight, and required stick size, then provided finished samples for our review before production. We were able to evaluate the weight consistency, seal appearance, and overall pack quality in advance. The final testing achieved a ±1% filling tolerance, which gave our team greater confidence that the machine configuration had been validated with our actual product rather than based only on standard specifications.

Our project involved 4 different powder SKUs, each with different fill weights and packaging specifications, so there were many technical details to confirm before production. The EIXPACK team completed 3 engineering review sessions with us covering dosing configuration, stick dimensions, target speed, changeover requirements and downstream packaging. Most of our technical questions received a response within 24 hours, and the revisions were clearly communicated throughout the project. That made it much easier for our engineering, production and purchasing teams to understand exactly what would be delivered before manufacturing began.

Before shipment, our system completed an 8-hour factory acceptance test under the agreed production conditions and reached approximately 180 packs per minute during the run. We reviewed the machine operation, finished stick packs, sealing quality and key functions before approving shipment. After the equipment arrived, the EIXPACK technical team continued supporting us during installation and initial production. Most of our early operating questions were addressed within 24 hours, which helped our team move from commissioning into regular production more smoothly.

Powder characteristics can directly affect dosing, filling and sealing performance. We evaluate your actual product and packaging requirements before the final machine configuration is confirmed.

Share Your Powder & Packaging Requirements
Tell us about your powder, target fill weight, stick dimensions, packaging film and required production speed. Product samples can also be provided when testing is needed.
Evaluate the Powder Before Testing
Our technical team reviews the product characteristics and packaging requirements to determine the appropriate dosing, feeding, sealing and powder-control setup for the test.
Run Your Powder on the Machine
Your actual powder is run on a relevant machine configuration to evaluate dosing performance, filling stability, stick formation and sealing. Finished samples are then checked against the agreed packaging requirements.
Confirm the Machine Setup
Based on the test results and your production requirements, we finalize the recommended dosing system, lane configuration, packaging specifications and optional automation, then prepare the technical proposal and quotation.
Our powder stick pack systems can be configured for a wide range of nutraceutical applications, including electrolyte and hydration powders, protein and amino acid blends, collagen, vitamins and minerals, probiotics and prebiotics, greens, superfoods and sports nutrition powders.
However, powders with different flowability, bulk density, dusting, stickiness or temperature sensitivity may require different dosing, feeding and powder-control configurations. For new or difficult formulations, we recommend evaluating the actual product before the final machine setup is confirmed.
Lane count should be selected based on your required production output rather than simply choosing the machine with the most lanes. We evaluate your target packs per minute together with fill weight, stick length, powder characteristics and production schedule before recommending a configuration.
A lower-lane system may be more suitable for flexible multi-SKU production, while a higher-lane configuration is typically considered when continuous output and production capacity are the priority.
Send us your target output and we can recommend an appropriate lane configuration.
Filling performance depends on the powder itself, target fill weight, auger configuration, operating speed and other production conditions. Fine, free-flowing and poor-flowing powders may behave differently during dosing, so one accuracy figure should not be applied to every product.
During product evaluation or machine testing, the dosing system can be adjusted around your required fill weight and tolerance. Where filling accuracy is critical, we recommend confirming the target tolerance with your actual product before the final configuration is approved.
Yes, multiple products and package specifications can often be considered within one machine platform, but the level of changeover required depends on the differences between your SKUs.
Changes in powder characteristics, fill weight, stick width, stick length or packaging film may require adjustments to the dosing system, forming parts, machine settings or other format components.
For CMO, CDMO and contract manufacturing facilities, we recommend sharing your complete SKU range during the project evaluation so the machine can be configured with changeover requirements in mind from the beginning.
Yes. Product testing is recommended when powder behavior may affect dosing, filling or sealing performance. You can provide your powder information and, when required, send product samples for machine testing.
During the test, we can evaluate factors such as dosing behavior, target fill weight, stick formation, sealing condition and finished pack appearance. The results can then be used to support the final dosing and machine configuration.
This allows the machine setup to be based on your actual product rather than only on a standard specification.
The price depends on the machine configuration required for your project. Key factors include the number of lanes, powder dosing system, fill weight, stick dimensions, packaging film, coding requirements, powder-control options and the level of downstream automation.
A standalone 2-lane machine and a high-output multilane system with automated cartoning are very different projects, so we recommend configuring the equipment before preparing a quotation.

Yes. For manufacturers looking to reduce manual handling, the multilane stick pack machine can be evaluated as part of an integrated packaging line.
Depending on the project, the workflow can include powder dosing, multilane stick packing, stick collection, counting, collating and automatic cartoning. The final line configuration depends on your stick output, sticks per carton, carton format and factory layout.
For CMO/CDMO and higher-volume manufacturing projects, we recommend evaluating the primary and secondary packaging requirements together rather than treating them as separate machines.
Support starts before shipment. The project can include machine configuration review, product testing where required, machine testing and factory acceptance before delivery.
After shipment, technical support can be planned according to the final project scope, including installation and commissioning guidance, operator support, troubleshooting and production assistance.
For customers with specific installation, training or service requirements, these should be discussed during the project stage so the appropriate support plan can be confirmed before shipment.
